Squaring off

This is the second of the series. I’m not sure yet how many there will be. I am going to use the Tibetan silk on this one too. Just a small border and no mitering at the corners. I really like this one. There is something about the unevenness that makes me feel comforted. I squared it off but it is anything but square.

I hung it on the window and the afternoon light came through. I love hand dyeing. I see trees and hills and flowers. The cotton sateen gives off a special glow. Don’t mind my one hundred year old windows.
