On Thursday I had another day off because of the snow. I sat in my new little room to ponder what I would do with the day. I wanted to do some dyeing and I wanted to start something new. I had been walking around the house wrapped up in some wool that I felted in the washing machine a couple of days ago. It was such a comfort -so warm and cozy- so of course I cut it all up and dyed it. Here is what I got!

I’m so happy with my felt palette. I had so much fun dyeing these and they felted up even more in the dyepot. I used acid dyes and citric acid to set them. I just boiled each one individually and when the water was clear, I took the piece out and put the next one in
