Happy New Year! I made an indigo dyepot!
But wait I am getting a bit ahead of myself. I finished this quilt. Seriously, I finished it. It is finished. done. It’s true. Even the binding.

and now about the indigo
I used one of those big Homer pots from Home depot and I used the pre-reduced indigo from pro chem in Fall River MA.
Let me tell you – It is about as messy as you might think. I tied up this piece of white kona cotton and submerged it for about 2 and a half minutes.
