To market!

On Friday I set up at the Shelburne Falls Farmers Market. It is right on the Green at the end of my block!

I sold my soaps, my scarves and lots of lavender sachets. I also put together a few felted soap kits so that people could try making their own.

Kate and Laura were there and helped me so much. Thank you My Lovely Daughters! I have to admit I was a bit nervous setting up for the first time in my own town. And thank you to Peter too who did so much to get me up and running including designing the new soap labels! Introducing Water Street Soap!

I really had about the funnest time ever selling my stuff and I sold a lot! All of my silk scarves went -Surprise! and about half of my soap! I had 4 kits for making felted soap and I sold 3!

It was great fun to see all my neighbors attending and selling at the market. Absolutely the best fruit and vegetables in the world, Maple Syrup, Bread,  Honey, and even organic Meat -Hand Dyed and spun wool, roving and delicious baked goods. There is even an Energy Healer set up so you can have a massage or acupressure done. I was so busy selling that I didn’t have time to take pictures, but plan on seeing more pics this next week!

Setting up before everyone got there.
