You may have seen this before on another post but I just finished the binding tonight. It’s really done. I sewed two triangles in the corner and slipped a rod in and hung it on the wall. Looks great in the yellow room.

The block pattern is from “Cozy Modern Quilts” by Kim Schaefer. My friend Ann gave me the book a while ago. You build a square in the log cabin style, then cut it into pieces and then piece it back together. I’m working on a series of these and this is the first and it’s done. It measures about 30″ square. Not too big, not too small. Just right.
