I found some. In a cardboard box a few ziploc bags of black walnuts from last Fall in Hatfield MA. They were slimy. I used them anyway. They didn’t smell too bad.
The tree is not a black walnut tree, its just a tree in my new neighborhood and I think it is beautiful, so I wanted to share it with you!
yes that is wool felt dyed with black walnuts today.
