i dye every day

I wanted to post a couple of pics about the quince dye. I’m delighted to say that I got 2 great colors! They are very similar but the one on the right is a bit pinker from the flowers. I don’t know if you can tell that from this photo. I haven’t done the mordant yet because of the darn taxes, but I always work better under pressure and hopefully it will all get done today.I may do another batch of each or just add more water to the sticks to see if I can get a darker brew. oh fun!
